No ordinary apartment- the latest work of Annabel Kutucu

The latest work of the Berlin-based interior designer and stylist Annabell Kutucu is simply breathtaking. This 300sq.m. apartment is called No Ordinary apartment and as you can see for yourselves its name is fully justified! It is decorated with natural organic materials and a minimalist aesthetic and the final result is warm yet unique and full of character.
The apartment is divided in two units with seamless connection through wooden sliding doors – high ceilings and large windows create this feeling of spaciousness and brightness. The bright open-plan living, kitchen and dining space forms the centre of the apartment where friends can come together for long dinners and endless talks.

All the details are well thought and they contribute to an overall warm minimal atmosphere. I particularly like those steel glass sliding doors and all the discreet yet powerful metal details.  And yes, I do agree with Annabel Kutucu, this is no ordinary apartment. It is a celebration of good planning and thoughtful materiality, don’t you think so?

Hi! I am an architect who loves interior design. I created this digital space so that I could share with you my love for simplicity, Scandinavian minimalism and beauty in general. It is a place where architecture meets art, fashion and functionality. A place where I love to lay down and dream. Welcome to my home.
